Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.
If something doesn’t feel right with your order, please email our team as soon as possible at houseofisha@gmail.com so we can review the issue. We’re happy to help when concerns are communicated promptly.
Approved issues may be eligible for a store credit, which can be used toward future services. Store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Orders that are not reported immediately after delivery will be considered accepted.
